המדיניות הזאת מסבירה איזה מידע סבבה צ'אט אוסף, למה, כמה זמן הוא נשמר ומה הזכויות שלך. היא חלק מתנאי השימוש.

1. מי אחראי למידע

בעל השליטה במאגר המידע הוא מפעיל השירות: סבבה צ׳אט. לכל פנייה בנושא פרטיות: support@sababa-chat.com.

2. האם חובה למסור מידע

אין חובה חוקית למסור לנו מידע, והמסירה נעשית מרצונך. כדי להיכנס לצ'אט צריך לבחור כינוי ולמלא גיל ומגדר. בלי הפרטים האלה אי אפשר להשתמש בשירות. התיאור ותמונת הפרופיל הם לא חובה. אנחנו לא מבקשים שם, טלפון, אימייל או מסמך מזהה.

3. איזה מידע נשמר וכמה זמן

עוגייה (cookie): הכינוי, פרטי הפרופיל ומזהה סשן אקראי נשמרים בעוגייה חתומה בדפדפן שלך, עד 7 ימים. זו העוגייה היחידה שלנו. היא נדרשת כדי שהצ'אט יעבוד, ואנחנו לא משתמשים בעוגיות פרסום או מעקב. הדפדפן שומר גם את רשימת החדרים הפתוחים בלשונית (sessionStorage), והיא נמחקת כשסוגרים את הלשונית.
פרטי פרופיל: הכינוי, הגיל, המגדר והתיאור גלויים למשתמשים אחרים. בשרת הם נשמרים בזיכרון עד 24 שעות מההתחברות האחרונה.
תמונת פרופיל (לא חובה): גלויה לכל המשתמשים. לפני השמירה אנחנו מקטינים אותה ומסירים ממנה מידע נלווה, כמו מיקום GPS. היא נמחקת כדקה אחרי היציאה מהצ'אט, ומיד בהתנתקות. אפשר גם להסיר אותה בכל עת.
הודעות בחדרים: רק 50 ההודעות האחרונות בכל חדר נשמרות בזיכרון השרת, כדי להציג אותן למצטרפים חדשים. הודעות ישנות נמחקות כשמתווספות חדשות. אנחנו לא שומרים ארכיון של שיחות.
הודעות פרטיות: נשמרות עד שעה אחת בלבד, כדי שהנמען/ת יוכל/תוכל לדווח עליהן.
תמונות בצ'אט פרטי: רק השולח/ת והנמען/ת יכולים לראות אותן, והן נמחקות אוטומטית אחרי שעה. לפני השמירה אנחנו מסירים מהן מידע נלווה, כמו מיקום. תמונה לצפייה אחת נעלמת משני הצדדים אחרי שנפתחה, ונשמרת בצורה מוסתרת עוד שעה, שבה רק הצוות יכול לראות אותה, כדי שאפשר יהיה לדווח עליה. תמונה שדווחה נשמרת עד 30 יום לצורך בדיקה.
שיחות קול ווידאו: השיחה מוצפנת ועוברת דרך שרת ממסר שלנו, כך שהצד השני לא רואה את כתובת ה-IP שלך. אנחנו לא מקליטים ולא שומרים שיחות.
יומן התחברויות: בכל כניסה לצ'אט, שינוי פרטים והתחברות נרשמים מזהה הסשן, הכינוי, כתובת ה-IP והשעה. רק הצוות יכול לעיין ביומן, והוא נמחק אוטומטית אחרי 60 יום.
דיווחים: כשמגישים דיווח, נשמרים מזהי הסשן וכתובות ה-IP של המדווח/ת ושל מי שדווח/ה, הכינוי, תוכן ההודעה שדווחה וצילום מסך אם המדווח/ת צירף/ה אחד. צילום המסך גלוי רק לצוות ונמחק יחד עם הדיווח. כתובות ה-IP נמחקות מהדיווח אחרי 60 יום, ודיווח שהטיפול בו הסתיים נמחק כולו אחרי 90 יום.
חסימות: חסימה לפי כתובת IP שומרת את הכתובת רק כל עוד החסימה בתוקף. כשהחסימה מסתיימת או מוסרת, הכתובת נמחקת.
כתובת IP: משמשת לאבטחה, להגבלת קצב, לחסימה וליומן ההתחברויות. היא אף פעם לא מוצגת למשתמשים אחרים.

4. למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע

כדי להפעיל את הצ'אט: להציג את הפרופיל וההודעות שלך ולהעביר הודעות, תמונות ושיחות.
כדי לטפל בדיווחים, לאכוף את תנאי השימוש ולמנוע ספאם, הטרדות ושימוש לרעה.
כדי לשמור על אבטחת השירות.
כדי לענות לדרישות של רשויות האכיפה, כשהחוק מחייב זאת.

אנחנו לא משתמשים במידע לשיווק, לפרסום מותאם אישית או לבניית פרופילים, ולא מוכרים אותו.

5. למי המידע עשוי לעבור

משתמשים אחרים: רואים את הכינוי, הגיל, המגדר, התיאור, תמונת הפרופיל וההודעות שלך. בהודעות פרטיות הם רואים גם אישורי מסירה וקריאה.
ספקי תשתית: חברת האחסון שבשרתיה פועל האתר (Hetzner Online GmbH, גרמניה) מחזיקה את המידע מטעמנו ולפי הוראותינו בלבד.
רשויות: לפי צו של בית משפט או דרישה שהחוק מחייב להיענות לה, או כשיש חשש ממשי לחיי אדם או לפגיעה בקטין.
הליכים משפטיים: במידה שנדרש כדי להתגונן מפני תביעה או לממש זכויות משפטיות.

אנחנו לא משתמשים בכלי אנליטיקה, מעקב או פרסום של צד שלישי, והגופנים מתארחים אצלנו.

6. אבטחת מידע

החיבור לאתר מוצפן (HTTPS). עוגיית הסשן חתומה דיגיטלית ולא נגישה לסקריפטים בדף. הגישה לממשק הניהול מוגבלת לצוות ומוגנת בסיסמה. מידע נמחק אוטומטית בתום פרק הזמן שמפורט למעלה. אין מערכת שמוגנת לחלוטין, אבל אם יקרה אירוע אבטחה חמור, נפעל לפי הדין, כולל דיווח לרשות להגנת הפרטיות כשהחוק מחייב זאת.

7. הזכויות שלך

עדכון ומחיקה בעצמך: אפשר לשנות את הכינוי, הגיל, המגדר והתיאור דרך "עריכת הפרטים שלי", ולהסיר את תמונת הפרופיל בכל עת. התנתקות מוחקת את התמונה מיד ומשחררת את הכינוי.
עיון, תיקון ומחיקה: לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, אפשר לבקש לעיין במידע שנשמר עליך (למשל ביומן ההתחברויות או בדיווחים), לתקן אותו או למחוק אותו, בפנייה לכתובת שבסעיף 1. כיוון שאין הרשמה, נבקש פרטים שיאפשרו לוודא שהמידע שייך לך, כמו הכינוי ושעת השימוש המשוערת. ייתכן שלא נוכל למחוק מידע שנדרש לטיפול בדיווח פתוח או שהחוק מחייב לשמור.
תלונה: אם לדעתך לא טיפלנו במידע שלך כראוי, אפשר להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות.

8. קטינים

השירות מיועד לבני ובנות 18 ומעלה בלבד. אם נודע לנו שמשתמש/ת הוא/היא קטין/ה, נחסום את הגישה.

9. שינויים במדיניות

תאריך העדכון האחרון מופיע בראש הדף. על שינוי מהותי נודיע באתר לפני שייכנס לתוקף.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Sababa Chat collects, why, how long it is kept and what your rights are. It is part of the Terms of Use.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The database controller is the operator of the service: Sababa Chat. For any privacy matter: support@sababa-chat.com.

2. Do you have to give us data

You are under no legal obligation to give us any data; you do so voluntarily. To enter the chat you need to choose a nickname and fill in your age and gender. Without them you can't use the service. The bio and profile picture are optional. We don't ask for your name, phone, email or any ID.

3. What we keep and for how long

Cookie: your nickname, profile details and a random session ID are stored in a signed cookie in your browser for up to 7 days. It is our only cookie. The chat needs it to work, and we use no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser also keeps the list of rooms open in the tab (sessionStorage), which is cleared when you close the tab.
Profile details: your nickname, age, gender and bio are visible to other users. On the server they are kept in memory for up to 24 hours after you last connected.
Profile picture (optional): visible to all users. Before saving it, we resize it and strip embedded metadata such as GPS location. It is deleted about a minute after you leave the chat, and immediately when you log out. You can also remove it at any time.
Room messages: only the last 50 messages per room are kept in server memory, so newcomers can see them. Older messages are dropped as new ones arrive. We don't keep a chat archive.
Private messages: kept for up to one hour only, so the recipient can report them.
Photos in private chats: only the sender and the recipient can see them, and they are deleted automatically after one hour. Before saving them, we strip embedded metadata such as location. A view-once photo disappears for both people once opened, and is kept hidden for one more hour, visible only to staff, so it can still be reported. A reported photo is kept for up to 30 days for review.
Voice and video calls: calls are encrypted and routed through our relay server, so the other person can't see your IP address. We don't record or store calls.
Connection log: each time you enter the chat, change your details or connect, we record your session ID, nickname, IP address and the time. Only staff can access the log, and it is deleted automatically after 60 days.
Reports: when a report is filed we store the session IDs and IP addresses of the reporter and the reported user, the nickname, the reported message text, and a screenshot if the reporter attached one. The screenshot is visible to staff only and is deleted together with the report. IP addresses are erased from a report after 60 days, and a closed report is deleted entirely after 90 days.
Bans: an IP ban keeps the IP address only while the ban is in effect. When the ban ends or is lifted, the address is erased.
IP address: used for security, rate limiting, bans and the connection log. It is never shown to other users.

4. Why we use your data

To run the chat: show your profile and messages, and deliver messages, photos and calls.
To handle reports, enforce the Terms of Use and prevent spam, harassment and abuse.
To keep the service secure.
To answer law-enforcement requests when the law requires it.

We don't use your data for marketing, personalized advertising or profiling, and we don't sell it.

5. Who may receive your data

Other users: see your nickname, age, gender, bio, profile picture and messages. In private chats they also see delivery and read receipts.
Infrastructure providers: the hosting company whose servers run the site (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany) holds the data on our behalf and only under our instructions.
Authorities: under a court order or a demand we are legally required to meet, or when there is a real risk to someone's life or of harm to a minor.
Legal proceedings: to the extent needed to defend against a claim or enforce legal rights.

We use no third-party analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and fonts are hosted by us.

6. Security

Connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). The session cookie is digitally signed and not readable by scripts on the page. Access to the admin interface is limited to staff and protected by a password. Data is deleted automatically at the end of the periods listed above. No system is perfectly secure, but if a serious security incident occurs we will act as the law requires, including notifying the Privacy Protection Authority when required.

7. Your rights

Update and delete it yourself: you can change your nickname, age, gender and bio through "edit my details", and remove your profile picture at any time. Logging out deletes your picture immediately and frees your nickname.
Access, correction and deletion: under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law you may ask to see the data we hold about you (for example in the connection log or in reports), to correct it or to delete it, by writing to the address in section 1. Since there is no registration, we will ask for details that let us confirm the data is yours, such as your nickname and the approximate time you used the chat. We may be unable to delete data needed for an open report or that the law requires us to keep.
Complaints: if you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

8. Minors

The service is for people aged 18 and over only. If we learn that a user is a minor, we will block their access.

9. Changes to this policy

The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. We will announce material changes on the site before they take effect.
